Subcontractor/Bid selection
As a General Contractor, we have great relationships with hundreds of subcontractors. On any given project, we typically manage 30 to 50 at a time. Our collaborations with Subcontractors across Southern California have been fostered for decades. We carefully review every Subcontractor to make sure they are a good fit for our team and your project. At the same time, throughout the Bid Selection process, we work to find the best value for our project owners by analyzing the entire scope of a big package.
Quality Control
Quality Control can make or break a construction project. We oversee every licensed, insured subcontractor and vendor that steps foot on your job site. As an owner, there is significant vulnerability throughout the entire project. It is our job to protect our team and our owners from miscommunications and mistakes.
