| Scope | Tenant Improvement This 1,412 Sqft tenant improvement was an old Basking Robins turned into a new Yogurtland shop. This included new interior partitions, all new finishes including floor, ceiling and wall finishes. All new lighting package and distribution of electrical system throughout the shop, upgrades to all plumbing and bathroom accessories. All new added HVAC and roof mounted fluid cooling units for the yogurt machines. Birdgroup ran this project within the 6-8 week time frame schedule, completed, and turnover to client on time for their grand opening. |
