| Scope | New Building Addition General Mills has a flour mill facility located in the City of Vernon, CA. Birdgroup was contacted by General Mills to do a new building addition to their existing shop and break room building for their mechanics area. Birdgroup created a Design Built, turnkey building with approximately 2,400 Sqft space. General Mills wanted us to match their existing building which was a pre-manufacture steel building type with CMU perimeter walls so we design the building to match their needs at their request. This project included a couple of roll up door openings and a crane hoist beam per their specification. Birdgroup Construction has also have done other T.I projects for General Mills at this precise location including their interior office remodel and other structural rehabilitation projects in their flower and packaging areas. |
