| Scope | For this project took an existing grocery store that had been subdivided into multiple tenants create a site and shell in Mission Viejo, California. We created a complete façade throughout the entire shopping center. This included raising the roof, completing new electrical service, new ADA upgrades, and new landscaping. Birdgroup utilized the existing building blueprint and added 10,000 square feet of mezzanine and another 7,000 square feet for an outdoor garden center. Birdgroup delivered and accelerated the construction schedule and account despite challenges with the city.
Parallel with the Orchard Supply Hardware store, Birdgroup completed several other Design Build Tenant Improvements, including a Leslie’s Pool Supply. |
