Previously a Baskin Robins, Birdgroup performed Tenant Improvements to create a Turn Key Yogurtland in Azusa, California. turned into a new Yogurtland shop. This included new interior partitions, all new finishes including floor, ceiling, wall finishes. At the same time, we installed new lighting and an electrical system throughout the shop while also upgrading all plumbing and bathroom accessories. The yogurt machines required roof-mounted fluid cooling units. Birdgroup completed this project in a timely manner in accordance with the grand opening. |
