| Scope | Lancaster Commerce Center expanded, and it included the addition of the Big 5 Sporting Goods. This expansion consisted of demolition and removal of Concrete Masonry Units block separation wall, installation of all new structural concrete footings, structural steel, structural roof framing, rough carpentry, new remote terminal units, and roof top modifications. Birdgroup also completed a new door in storefront, HVAC system, electrical, fire sprinkler system, landscaping, and striping of parking lot. This is one of the many projects Birdgroup has facilitated at the Lancaster Commerce Center. |
