| Scope | Birdgroup was contacted by General Mills to construct a new building addition to their existing shop and break room for their mechanics area. This Design Build, turnkey project spanned approximately 2,400 square feet and was to match their existing building, which was a pre-manufacture steel building. Uniquely, this project required implementing roll-up door openings and a crane hoist beam.
Birdgroup has also have done other Tenant Improvement projects for General Mills at this location, including their interior office remodel and other structural rehabilitation projects in their flour and packaging areas. |
