| Scope | Birdgroup was hired on by the owner to be their Design Consultant for Applebee’s, Yogurt Land, and Pacific Dental in the Lancaster Commerce Center. Throughout these retail spaces, Birdgroup completed all the electrical, demolition, installed new HVAC, demised walls, added a new roof, new storefronts, new ADA paths of travel, handicap parking, and new pylon signs to accommodate the tenants. Birdgroup continues to do exceptional work for retail spaced in Lancaster. |
