Gretchen is the Business Development & Marketing Manager at Birdgroup. Prior to Birdgroup, Gretchen was a Property Manager at Kraemer Land Company managing their Orange County Portfolio. Previously, she was a Senior Retail Specialist at Progressive Real Estate Partners representing tenants and landlords specializing in leasing shopping centers.
Gretchen’s superpower is building relationships and connecting with people. She takes pride in the network she has built in the commercial real estate space and loves to meet new people from different industries and trades.
With an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Gretchen is a bonafide foodie. In her spare time she loves to cook, entertain people in her home, and try new restaurants. She lives in Pomona, Ca with her husband Jared, son Gavin, and daughter Brooklyn.
