Lauren is a dynamic professional who currently serves as the Operations Manager at Birdgroup, where she plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the company. Joining Birdgroup in May 2022, Lauren has quickly established herself as a key contributor to the company’s success.
With over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lauren brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Prior to joining Birdgroup, she held the position of VP of residential investments for a private residential developer. During her tenure, she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and played a vital role in driving the company’s growth and profitability.
Lauren is recognized for her exceptional organizational abilities and her talent for managing complex projects. She describes herself as a “chaos coordinator” and takes pride in her mastery of spreadsheets, ensuring that Birdgroup operates efficiently and optimally.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Lauren is a devoted mother of three and a loving wife. Her faith is an integral part of her life, and she is an active member of her community, serving in various capacities. She has a passion for real estate and serves others through Sparrow Lily Realty, where she helps clients find their dream homes. Additionally, Lauren dedicates her time as a trail lead for Rescue Freedom – Yosemite, an organization committed to combating human trafficking. She also serves in a leadership role at Abundant Living Family Church Pomona, where she contributes to the spiritual growth and well-being of the community.
In pursuit of personal growth and challenges, Lauren recently became a CrossFit Level 1 trainer. She enjoys pushing herself physically and mentally, and you can often find her on a mountaintop or under a barbell. Her dedication to taking on difficult tasks exemplifies her determination and perseverance.
